<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by David V Lofgreen and Lana L
<br />Lolgreen, Husband and wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated April 7, 1995 and recorded April 12, 1995 the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Document # 95- 102227 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />TOGETHER WITH 8.14% INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
