<br />Whereas, the undersigned, YORK STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 15, 1993, executed by ROGER A. KIRCHER AND
<br />MARCELLA M. KIRCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor, in which YORK STATE BANK

<br />recorded on April 15, 1993, as Document No. 93- 102903, of Mortgage.Records, in thr,
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have
<br />been Surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee for cancellation.
