WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 12, 2000, and executed by Garry L. Thompson, Rosie L. <br />Thompson, Travis C. Thompson and DeeDee A. Thompson, with vesting as follows_: Garry L. <br />Thompson and Rosie L. Thompson, Husband and Wife, and Travis C.
