<br />WHEREAS, Douglas C. Krueger, a /k/a Douglas Krueger and Elizabeth M.
<br />Krueger, a /k/a Betty Krueger, husband & wife, executed a certain Deed of Trust unto
<br />Charles W. Hastings as 'Trustee" for the benefit of THE EQUITABLE LIFE ASSURANCE
<br />SOCIETY OF THE UNITED STATES as Beneficiary, dated September 28, 1993, recorded
<br />in Adams County, State of Nebraska, as Inst. No. 934148, and duly recorded in Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Document No. 93- 108408, and duly recorded in Webster County, State
<br />of Nebraska, in Book 93 at Page 1353 -1364, and duly recorded in Hamilton County, State of
<br />Nebraska, in Book 152, at Page 175.
<br />NOW THEREFORE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said Trustee at
<br />the request of the below undersigned Beneficiary, for valuable consideration unto it paid at the
<br />execution and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised,
<br />released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto the
<br />owner or owners thereof, the following described real property in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, to wit:

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME WITH THE APPURTENANCES unto the said
<br />owner or owners forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the aforesaid lien.
