<br />BILL OF SALE
<br />DENNIS G. VANOSDALL and ANN M. HAMELOTH now known as ANN M.
<br />VANSODALL, husband and wife, of Hall County, State of Nebraska, for and in
<br />consideration of valuable consideration to her in hand paid at or before the delivery of
<br />these presents, by ANN M. VANOSDALL, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has bargained, and sold and by these presents does grant and convey unto ANN M.
<br />VANOSDALL, her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, the following described
<br />personal property, to -wit:
<br />I — All personal property assets located on said premises including the dwelling
<br />and any other buildings, thereon and the stove, refrigerator, drapes and window
<br />curtains.
<br />All of the above described property is situated on property described as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake front footage of One Hundred (100) Feet,
<br />situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on
<br />a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 SWI /4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6`" P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Southeasterly side by
<br />the common road, (commonly known as #41 Kuester's Lake),
<br />Leasehold interest in above - described property. Free and Clear of all encumbrances and
<br />taxes now due and payable except: NONE belonging to DENNIS G. VANOSDALL and
<br />ANN M. HAMELOTH, now known as ANN M. VANOSDALL, now in their possession,
<br />at the place last aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto ANN M. VANOSDALL, her executors,
<br />administrators and assigns, forever, and DENNIS G. VANOSDALL and ANN M.
<br />HAMELOTH, now known as ANN M. VANOSDALL covenants and agrees to and with
<br />ANN M. VANOSDALL, her executors, administrators and assigns to warrant and defend
<br />the sale of said property, goods and chattels hereby made, unto ANN M. VANOSDALL,
<br />her executors, administrators and assigns, against the claims of all and every person and
<br />persona whomsoever.
<br />I witness whereof the undersigned has executed this bill of sale this
