Dodendorf and <br />Chawna Dodendorf, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 8, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 109851, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Twelve (12) in Block Four (4) in Morris 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this October 9, 2001. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />0 'jt p0l� A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />r ^� _ TRUSTEE <br />By: Jo L.
