WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 20, 1997, and executed by Todd V. Elsbernd and <br />Jeannine L. Elsbernd, Husband and Wife, as Trustor. in which Five Points Bank is named <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 21, 1997, as Instrument No. 97- 108752, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />The West Twenty -nine and Thirty -seven Hundredths (29.37) feet of Lot Four (4) and the East <br />Forty -five and Sixty -three Hundredths (45.63) feet of Lot Five (5), Block Eleven (11), Parkhill Third <br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid, <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this October 12, 2001. <br />r <br />J J <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />By: Jod .
