<br />VIRGIL R PAPSTEIN AND JANELYN K PAPSTEIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE E'

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 3, 1999 and recorded FEBRUARY 9. 1999 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document
<br />99- 101459 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; .
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY 31.75 FEET OF LOT TEN (10) AND ALL LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK
<br />SIXTEEN (16) UNIVERSITY PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
