<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and

<br />MICHAEL GALVAN AND MARILYN J GALVAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ".
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT THIRTY (30) FONNER VIEW SECOND SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated SEPTEMBER 19, 1996, and filed for record on
<br />SEPTEMBER 20, 1996, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #96- 107403. AND an Extension Agreement
<br />dated April 1z), 1997 and recorded April 21, 1997 as Document # 97- 102892
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of April 1, 2002;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1, 2005.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
