REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />LeRoy C. Nunnenkamp, husband of Maxine Nunnenkamp, <br />MORTGAGOR, in consideration of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($20,000.00) received from Maxine Nunnenkamp, MORTGAGEE, <br />mortgages to Maxine Nunnenkamp all of MORTGAGOR'S interest in <br />and to the following described real estate as defined in <br />section 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska 1943, in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Ten (10) of Holcomb's Highway Homes, a subdivision <br />of a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) and a part <br />of Lot Four (4) Mainland of Section Twenty -Eight (28), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range 9, West of the 6th <br />P.M. of Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed platted and <br />recorded. <br />This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the <br />principal sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) due and <br />payable by MORTGAGOR to MORTGAGEE on January 1, 1997, according <br />to the terms of a Promissory Note dated January 1, 1992. <br />Interest is payable on the principal at the rate of EIGHT <br />PERCENT (8 %) per annum payable in monthly payments of $133.33 <br />per month commencing on February 1, 1992, and on the first day <br />of each month thereafter until the last payment is due and <br />payable with the principal on January 1, 1997. The Promissory <br />Note provides that time is of the essence of the Promissory <br />Note and if the Maker of the Note defaults in the payment of <br />any monthly payment of interest for a period of more than SIXTY <br />(60) days, the holder of the Promissory Note may, without <br />notice or demand, declare the principal, together with accrued <br />interest thereon, immediately due and payable. The Maker of <br />the Promissory Note reserves the right to prepay all or any <br />part of the principal of the Note on any monthly interest <br />payment date, without penalty. <br />MORTGAGOR agrees to pay all real estate taxes and special <br />assessments levied and assessed upon the real estate and to pay <br />e <br />y <br />1 <br />
