<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 21, 1996, executed by Cooney Properties, Inc. and
<br />Roland E Reynolds, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #96- 104898 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of June, 1996.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE NORTHERLY FIFTY TWO (52') OF FRACTIONAL LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE
<br />(9), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN H.G. CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A TRACT
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WESTERLY FORTY FIVE (45) FEET OF THE
<br />NORTHERLY FIFTY TWO (52) FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT EIGHT (8), IN
<br />FRACTINAL BLOCK NINETEEN (19) IN H.G. CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 21, 1996, recorded as
<br />Document #96- 104898 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
