<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1992 executed by Cooney Properties, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #92- 101926 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 12th day of March, 1992. S

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY FORTY -FOUR FEET (S44') OF LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK SEVENY -FOUR
<br />(74), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1992, recorded as
<br />Document #92- 101926 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1y of March, 2002.
