<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on April I. 1999. in the office of the Re_eistcr nl I)oed= of I Io-P r"
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No 99- 1013466.
<br />On or about March 31, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. the Assignment was
<br />recorded May 14, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ifall County. Nebraska. as Instrument No.
<br />99 104970.
<br />You are further notified that there has oecurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, io -wit, that the Truster has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real properly described in said Decd of "Trust to satisfy said obligation.
