<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of w
<br />Trust dated March 24, 1995, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall 4\
<br />County, Nebraska, March 24, 1995 as Document No. 95- 101727 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Craig L. Gibson and Kim A. Gibson, husband and wife, were identified as
<br />Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated March 24, 1995, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 24, 1995, at Document Number 95- 101727, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Seventy -Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety -One and No /100
<br />Dollars ($75,691.00) received from Grantees, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto MICHAEL T. LEAMAN AND RALISA E. LEAMAN herein called the
<br />Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Three (3) in Le Heights Second Subdivision in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
