Rev. Stat. § 76- 1010(2). <br />In accordance with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76 -1010, Grantor recites that: <br />1. This Trustee's Deed relates to that certain Deed of Trust by and between Truster, <br />American Pioneer Title hnsurance Company as Trustee, and Beneficial Nebraska, hic., d b/a <br />Beneficial Mortgage Co., as Beneficiary, which said Deed of Trust was filed of record with the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds on May 1, 2000, at Instrument No. 0200003467. Per a Substitution of <br />Trustee, Rick D. Lange, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, has been substituted for <br />the original Trustee, American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, as Trustee. <br />2. Notice of Default with respect to the Deed of Trust was filed of record with the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds on October 11, 2001, at Instrument No. 0200110267. <br />3.
