WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICK DAMKROGER, as Substitute Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated February 13, 1997, executed by JUAN GARCIA and LORI J. GARCIA, as Trustors,
<br />in which GREEN TREE MORTGAGE SERVICES is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned has
<br />been named as Substitute Trustee, and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on February 24, 1997, as Document No. 97- 101241, has received from
<br />CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP. f /k/a GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING
<br />CORPORATION d /b /a GREEN TREE MORTGAGE SERVICES, the Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />Trust, a written request to reconvey, reciting that the note secured by said Deed of Trust has been
<br />paid in full;
