<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHRISTOPHER L WILLIAMS AND DONNA J WILLIAMS, HUSBAND AND o

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND

<br />96- 108660 , has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; .
