<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said
<br />Lot Six (6), said point being Three Hundred Fifty (350.0) feet east of
<br />the Southwest corner of said Lot Six (6); thence easterly along the
<br />south line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of One Hundred Thirty Two
<br />and Six Tenths (132.6) feet; thence northerly perpendicular to the
<br />south line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of Two Hundred Thirty Five
<br />and Seventy Five Hundredths (235.75) feet, to the southerly line of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 30, a distance of One Hundred Forty Eight and
<br />One Tenth (148.1) feet; thence southerly a distance of One Hundred
<br />Seventy and Seven Tenths (170.7) feet to the place of beginning and
<br />containing 0.619 acres more or less.
