200202611 <br />The East Half (El /2) of Lot Eight (8), all of Lot Nine (9), in fractional <br />block Seventeen (17) in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />given by Jean Claude DuBois and Bessie I. DuBois, on the 29th day of September, 1983 <br />and that said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds on September 29, 1983 as Document No. 83- 005203. <br />Plaintiff claims there is now due Twenty -Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy- <br />Six and 11 /100 Dollars ($29,976.11) in principal, together with accumulated interest <br />through February 4, 2002 in the additional amount of One Thousand Three Hundred <br />Thirty -Three and 43/100 Dollars ($1,333.43) and late charges in the amount of Seventy - <br />Four and 20/100 Dollars ($74.20) on said Note and the Mortgage that was given to secure <br />it, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found <br />due on the Mortgage, together with interest, costs and expenses of suit, and to foreclose <br />the said Defendants from all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of <br />redemption whatever in and to said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with <br />such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable. <br />Dated this 7th day of March, 2002. <br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE <br />AUTHORITY, <br />Plaintiff <br />BY LEININGER, SMITH <br />JOHNSON, BAACK, PLACZEK, <br />STEELE & ALLEN <br />104 N.
