<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated March 13, 2000, by and between KYLE SAWYERS and
<br />HOLLY SAWYERS, husband and wife, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust
<br />is recorded as Document No. 02000001985 in the Office of the Hall
<br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for re- S
<br />conveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at -Law,
<br />Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following de-
<br />scribed real estate:
<br />Lot Three (3), Amick Acres West Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pur-
<br />suant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the State
<br />of Nebraska, said premises to KYLE SAWYERS and HOLLY SAWYERS,
<br />husband and wife.
