c HIKE/BIKE PATH EASEMENT The undersigned, RUDOLF F. PLATE and JEANNICE R. PLATE, Husband and Wife, and TIM C. PLATE, a Single Person, (Grantors), in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation (Grantee), a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, replace, repair, and remove sidewalks and hike/bike paths on the following described tract of real estate: Tract 1: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SEl /4) of Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th. P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SETA; thence easterly along the north line of said SE1 /4 a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 9 of Westwood Park Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence southerly along the west line of Lots 8 and 9 of said Westwood Park Sixth Subdivision a distance of 116.61 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8, said point also being the point of beginning; thence easterly along the south line of said Lot 8 a distance of 10.00 feet; thence southerly along a line that is parallel to the west line of the SETA of said Section 14 a distance of 1200.32 feet to a point on the north line of the Southwest Quarter of said SE1 /4; thence westerly along said north line a distance of 10.00 feet; thence northerly along a line that is parallel to west line of said SE1 /4 a distance of 1200.44 feet to the point of beginning, said tract contains 0.3 acres more or less.
