<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />(2,022.70) feet; thence Northerly Thirty-three (33) feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
<br />Northerly Two Hundred (200) feet; thence Easterly Two Hundred (200) feet; thence Southerly
<br />Two Hundred (200) feet; thence Westerly Two Hundred (200) feet to the point of beginning.
