ORDINANCE NO. 8726 <br />An ordinance to vacate existing easements located in Meadowlark West Third <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska; to provide for filing this <br />ordinurec in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County; and to provide for publication <br />and the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF <br />GRANDISLAND,NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the existing easements located in a part of Lots Two (2), Three <br />(3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Twenty Fight (28), Meadowlark West Third Subdivision in <br />the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shaded and identified on Exhibit "A" dated <br />February 19, 2002, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby vacated. <br />SECTION 2.
