<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ANTHONY J. PRINCIPI, Secretary of Veterans \S,,
<br />Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, party of the first part, for good and valuable
<br />consideration to him in hand paid by Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., not in its individual o
<br />capacity but solely as trustee, or its permitted successors and assigns, on behalf of Vendee
<br />Mortgage Trust 2002 -1, parry of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto said second party a certain
<br />indenture of mortgage bearing the date of November 9, 2001, executed by Tia Bieber, a single
<br />person, Mortgagor, in favor of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Mortgagee, and conveying:
<br />Lot 9, Block 69, Wheeler and Bennetts Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />November 13, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200111591, together with the note therein described.
<br />THIS TRANSFER IS WITHOUT RECOURSE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN A POOLING AND
<br />SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2002.
<br />To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors and assigns subject only to
<br />the provisions in said mortgages contained.
