DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated JUNE 05,
<br />2000, executed by JAMES E TITSWORTH, A MARRIED PERSON AND JOAN TITSWORTH, A
<br />MARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, for the benefit of PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES, which Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded JUNE 05, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200004596, in Book No.
<br />- - -, at Page No. - - -, and Re- Recorded on: - -- as Instrument No. 200005551, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
