WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Steven Olson and Kimberly Olson,
<br />husband and wife, Trustor(s) -to- Homestead Capital Company, Inc., as Trustee for the benefit of Homestead Capital
<br />Company, Inc., the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 1, 2001, and recorded March 2, 2001, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instr. # 2001- 01641, has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
