<br />County, Nebraska, as now platted, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
<br />comer of said Lot Seven (7), in Norwood Subdivision, running thence West along and upon the North Line
<br />of Said Lot Seven (7), a distance of 151.05 feet, running thence South a distance of 280.85 feet to the
<br />South Boundary line of said Lot Seven (7), running East along and upon the South boundary line of said
<br />Lot Seven (7), a distance of 152.7 feet to the East boundary line of said Lot Seven (7), running thence
<br />North along and upon the East boundary line of said Lot Seven (7) to the point of beginning.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that
<br />Grantor:
<br />Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that is free from encumbrances subject to
<br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
