NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under certain Deed of Trust dated

<br />Trust dated July 19, 1999, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />99- 109933, wherein Leo K. Rickertt and Julie A. Rickertt, husband and wife, were identified as
<br />Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
