<br />($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees,
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MERRILL J. \J
<br />WISSING, Grantee, the following described real property: S.

<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 14) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to an Electrical
<br />Transmission Line Easement along the East side of the
<br />Northwest Quarter, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, thence proceeding South
<br />along the East line of the said Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4) a distance of two hundred feet (200') ,
<br />thence Westerly a distance of sixteen feet (16'),
<br />thence Northerly a distance of two hundred feet
<br />(200') to the North line of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4), thence Easterly sixteen feet (16') to the
<br />point of beginning,
<br />which Easement is recorded as Document No. 0200110628 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and further subject to easements and restrictions of record,
<br />together with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any
<br />part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Raymond C. Schmidt, Deceased.
