<br />hereinafter known as the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in

<br />RESOURCES DISTRICT hereinafter known as the Grantee and to its successors

<br />abridging the rights and easement hereby acquired; subject, however, to
<br />existing easements for public roads and highways, public utilities,
<br />railroads and pipelines, situated in Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to

<br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER, OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE
