200202094 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />NORMAN W. LAUTENSCHLAGER and CORALEE I. LAUTENSCHLAGER, <br />husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of <br />the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration <br />of the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND <br />NO /100 DOLLARS ($271,100.00) received from Grantees, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LYNN C. <br />LAUTENSCHLAGER and JUDITH A. LAUTENSCHLAGER, husband and wife, <br />as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the <br />following- described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWj) of Section Eight <br />(8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements situated <br />thereon, and excepting therefrom a parcel of <br />land deeded to the State of Nebraska recorded <br />as Document No. 82- 002223 in the Register of <br />Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to the Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever; and Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever; and the said Grantors hereby <br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the <br />above - described premises. <br />Signed this "J� day of January, 1991. <br />- <br />NORMAN W.
