Floyd Thomas Riblett, Personal Representative of the Estate of \ <br />Floyd Burdette Riblett, Deceased, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) received from GRANTEES, Todd <br />E. Anderson and Patricia M. Anderson, husband and wife, conveys to <br />GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76- <br />201) : <br />A tract of land in part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4 NW1 /4) of Section Thirty -five <br />(35),Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner <br />of said Section 35, thence South for 274.00 feet along <br />the Westerly line of the NW1 /4 of said Section 35 to the <br />true point of beginning; thence S 89036105" E for 393.00 <br />feet on a line 274.00 feet from and parallel with the <br />Northerly line of the NW1 /4 of said Section 35; thence <br />South for 360.00 feet; thence N 89036105" W for 393.00 <br />feet to a point on the Westerly line of the NW1 /4 of said <br />Section 35; thence North for 360.00 feet along the <br />Westerly line of the NW1 /4 of said Section 35 to the <br />point of beginning.
