<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of February,
<br />2002, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Robert Ewers and Evelyn A.
<br />Ewers, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Carol J. Bowden, a
<br />single person, is Truster and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trusters, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did and
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 2,
<br />identified as Document No. 99- 102270, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, tc -wit:
<br />The Westerly 45 Feet of Lot Four (4) and the Easterly 30 Feet
<br />of Lot Five (5), all in Block Ten (10) in Parkhill Third
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Tsland, Hall.
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trusters.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquir in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with 11 appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or apq ai ng.
