NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DALE A BURCH
<br />AND CLAUDIA M BURCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _JANUARY 20, 1999 and recorded
