<br />William E Morgan and Mrs. Vera A Morgan as Grantor, for the sale of land and
<br />property, and all buildings and fixtures, situated in the City of Grand
<br />Island, County of Hall and State of NE , described as:

<br />together with all sums due and to become due on the Deed of Trust, and covenants that
<br />there is now owing on the Deed of Trust $36,066.09 with interest from 03/01/02.
