<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 3, 1998 executed by Neal E. Kelley and Dianne G.
<br />Kelley, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 98- 107621 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of August, 1998.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />The South Twenty-Three (23) Feet of Lot Eleven (11), and the North Forty -Four (44) Feet of Lot Twelve (12),
<br />Block One (1), Stewart Place Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 3, 1998, as Instrument No.
<br />98- 107621 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
