Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Donald E. McCulley, a <br />single person, as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, is <br />named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee.
