DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated NOVEMBER 03, 1999, executed by GORDON FREDRICK GLADE AND CARA J.
<br />GLADE, H & W, as Trustor, for the benefit of HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., which Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded NOVEMBER 09, 1999 as Instrument No. 0099110849, in Book
<br />No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />THE EASTERLY 14 FEET OF LOT 7, ALL OF LOT 8, AND THE WESTERLY 26 FEET OF LOT 9,
<br />IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 33, IN CHARLES WASMER'S THIRD ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THAT PART OF THE SOUTHERLY HALF OF THE
<br />VACATED ALLEY ADJOINING SAID LOTS ON THE NORTH SIDE.
