200201911 <br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, a part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Duane <br />Rieflin and Vada Rieflin, Husband & Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Co. as Trustee for the benefit of <br />Union Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 10, 1992 and recorded on <br />February 18, 1992 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 92- <br />101211, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release, and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 SW ''/4), of <br />Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Sw '/4 SW '/4); <br />thence running easterly along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 <br />SW '/4), a distance of Six Hundred Eighteen and Seven Tenths (618.70) feet; thence deflecting left <br />88 °18'15" and running northerly a distance of Fourty Four and Two Hundredths (44.02) feet, to a point <br />on the northerly right of way line of Gilmer Road and to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence <br />continuing alon the last described course, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Three and Eleven Hundredths <br />(253.11) feet; thence deflecting right 88018'15" and running easterly parallel with the south line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 SW '/4), a distance of Two Hundred Forty Three and <br />ninety Four Hundredths (243.94) feet; thence deflecting right 88 013'06" and running southerly a distance <br />of Two Hundred Fifty Four and Forty One Hundredths (254.41) feet, to a point on the northerly right of <br />way line of Gilmer Road; thence deflecting right 92 004'00" and running westerly along the northerly right <br />of way line of giltner Road, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Nine and Thirty Four Hundredths (259.34) <br />feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 1.465 acres more or less. <br />It being the intent that the land hereby conveyed by discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest <br />of the land described therein remain as heretofore. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and <br />Dated this 6th day of February, 2002. <br />Roger <br />Union <br />The Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Partial <br />. c <br />e <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA } <br />} SS. <br />COUNTY OF Lancaster } <br />to such premises. <br />on, 1" Vice Pres. <br />Trust Co. <br />be executed and delivered. <br />mson, I" Vice Pres. <br />& Trust Co. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on the 6th day of February, 2002, by Roger W. <br />Johnson, 1st Vice President, of Union Bank & Trust Company, Trustee. <br />GENERAL NOTARY - =23=zu'-5 <br />KELL Notary Public <br />My Comm.
