200201911 DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, a part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Duane Rieflin and Vada Rieflin, Husband & Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Co. as Trustee for the benefit of Union Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 10, 1992 and recorded on February 18, 1992 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 92- 101211, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 SW ''/4), of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Sw '/4 SW '/4); thence running easterly along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 SW '/4), a distance of Six Hundred Eighteen and Seven Tenths (618.70) feet; thence deflecting left 88 °18'15" and running northerly a distance of Fourty Four and Two Hundredths (44.02) feet, to a point on the northerly right of way line of Gilmer Road and to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing alon the last described course, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Three and Eleven Hundredths (253.11) feet; thence deflecting right 88018'15" and running easterly parallel with the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4 SW '/4), a distance of Two Hundred Forty Three and ninety Four Hundredths (243.94) feet; thence deflecting right 88 013'06" and running southerly a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Four and Forty One Hundredths (254.41) feet, to a point on the northerly right of way line of Gilmer Road; thence deflecting right 92 004'00" and running westerly along the northerly right of way line of giltner Road, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty Nine and Thirty Four Hundredths (259.34) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 1.465 acres more or less.
