<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4)
<br />thence due west on the North line of said Quarter Section also being the
<br />southerly line of Farrall Subdivision a distance of One Hundred Sixty
<br />Three (163) feet to the actual point of beginning, thence running

<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
