THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Jeffrey A. Greenwalt and Lois A.

<br />Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded April 18, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200103409 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by the endorsement below;
