<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS of Grand Island,
<br />Hail County, Nebraska, a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated December 18,
<br />1996, executed by DUB'S, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor,
<br />in which DONALD A. DUBAS was named as Beneficiary, has received a
<br />written request to reconvey the property that was the subject of
<br />the Deed the Hall County Register 3 1
<br />Office o ster of Deeds on December
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary requesting reconveyance of the property and
<br />acknowledging that the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has
<br />been fully satisfied, the undersigned in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary and the provisions of such Trust Deed
<br />and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now
<br />held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described
<br />real property:
<br />Tract 1. Part of Lot Seventeen (17) of Home Subdivision
<br />of that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section
<br />Nine (9), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., which lies West of Wheeler Avenue,
<br />more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point 158 feet North of the Southwest
<br />corner of said Lot Seventeen (17), running thence East
<br />parallel with the South boundary line of said Lot
<br />Seventeen (17), for a distance of 132 feet, running
<br />thence North parallel with the West boundary line of said
<br />Lot Seventeen (17) , for a distance of 52 feet and 8
<br />inches, running thence West parallel with the South
<br />boundary line of said Lot Seventeen (17) for a distance
<br />of 132 feet to the West boundary line of said Lot
<br />Seventeen (17), running thence South along and upon the
<br />West boundary line of said Lot Seventeen (17) , for a
<br />distance of 52 feet and 8 inches, to the place of
<br />beginning, being a rectangular tract of ground having a
<br />West frontage of 52 feet and 8 inches, and a depth of 132
<br />feet.
<br />Tract 2. Beginning at a point 210 feet and 8 inches North of
<br />the Southwest corner of Lot Seventeen (17), of Home
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, thence running in an Easterly direction a distance
<br />of 132 feet parallel with the South boundary line of said Lot
<br />Seventeen (17), thence turning and running in a Northerly
<br />direction parallel with the Westerly boundary line a distance
<br />of 26 feet and 4 inches; thence turning and running in a
<br />Westerly direction parallel with the Southerly boundary line
<br />of said Lot Seventeen (17) a distance of 132 feet; thence
<br />turning and running in a Southerly direction a distance of 26
<br />feet and 4 inches to the point of beginning.
