FRANCIS of Grand Island, <br />Hail County, Nebraska, a Member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated December 18, <br />1996, executed by DUB'S, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, <br />in which DONALD A. DUBAS was named as Beneficiary, has received a <br />written request to reconvey the property that was the subject of <br />the Deed the Hall County Register 3 1 <br />Office o ster of Deeds on December <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the written request of the <br />Beneficiary requesting reconveyance of the property and <br />acknowledging that the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has <br />been fully satisfied, the undersigned in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary and the provisions of such Trust Deed <br />and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now <br />held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described <br />real property: <br />Tract 1.
