<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, �-
<br />N.A., successor in interest to National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association by virtue of merger,
<br />releases the Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by Bosselman, Inc., Bosselman, Inc. of Big Springs,
<br />Bosselman, Inc. of Kansas, Bosselman, Inc. of Iowa, and Bosselman Carriers, Inc., to said National Batik of
<br />Commerce Trust and Savings Association, on the following described property:

<br />which is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 96- 107392
<br />on September 20, 1996.
