<br />to National Bank of Commerce, Trustee, for the benefit of the Beneficiary, dated as of September 13, 1996 and
<br />recorded on September 20, 1996, in the office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds as Instrument No.
<br />96- 107391, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
