200201828 <br />payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms <br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this <br />conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the terms of <br />said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, <br />which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the <br />highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, then and there sold, <br />at public auction, to Grantee, who was the highest bidder for the sum of EIGHTY SEVEN <br />THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS <br />($87,852.56) therefore, the property hereinabove described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee by these presents does hereby <br />grant, remise, release and convey to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND, its <br />successors and assigns, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the above - described premises together with all buildings, fixtures, <br />improvements and appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this 8TH day of February 2002. <br />Paulzza, S ccessor Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br />NOW on this 8th day of February, 2002, before me, a Notary Public, personally <br />appeared Paul J.
