HOFFMAN and JACQUELINE MARIE KEENAN, GRANTEES, as tenants in <br />common, each an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76 -201): <br />x, <br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and o: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Eleven (11) , Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record, and further subject to the following: <br />A life estate granted to ROBERT F.
