The current <br />Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, has not received payment on the <br />Promissory Note securing said Deed of Trust; that the default has <br />been in existence for at least 60 days and the Beneficiary has <br />accelerated the entire amount of the loan to be currently due and <br />payable.
