LEMBURG and ROBYN L. LEMBURG, \J \\ <br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, filed for record as Document No 98- <br />111657 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on <br />p, November 30, 1998, indexed against the following described <br />property: <br />4 Lot Six (6) , in Block Four (4) , of Wallich's <br />N, Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />hereby gives notice that there has been a breach of the obligation <br />for which the trust property was conveyed as security. The current <br />Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, has not received payment on the <br />Promissory Note securing said Deed of Trust; that the default has <br />been in existence for at least 60 days and the Beneficiary has <br />accelerated the entire amount of the loan to be currently due and <br />payable.
