<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CLAYTON ALLEN BROOKS AND MARY LOU BROOKS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACIC, attorney, 'Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated J UNE 24, 1993 and recorded J UNE 30, 1993 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 93- 105465,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
