<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of die indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Toba, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />corporation "(Truster ") to Wells Fargo Credit, Inc., formerly known as Nonvest Credit, Inc., as successor in interest
<br />to Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A.. ( "Trustee ") for the benefit of Wells Fargo Credit, Inc., formerly known as
<br />Norwest Credit, Inc., as successor in interest to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated December 29, 1995 and recorded December 29, 1995 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County , Nebraska, as Document No. 95- 108988; as amended by that certain First Amendment to Deed of
<br />Trust, dated May 30, 1996 and filed June 4, 1996 in the Register of Deeds as Document No. 96- 104391; as amended
<br />by that certain Second Amendment to Deed of Trust, dated December 27, 1996 and filed January 3, 1996 in the
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 96- 100054; as amended by that certain Third Amendment to Deed of Trust,
<br />dated June 30, 1997 and filed July 17, 1997 in the Register of Deeds as Document No. 97- 105689; as amended by
<br />that certain Fourth Amendment to Deed of Trust, dated April 8, 1998 and filed May 8, 1998 in the Register of Deeds
<br />as Document No. 98- 104338, as amended by that certain Fifth Amendment to Deed of Trust, dated October 25,
<br />1999; filed December 1, 1999 in the Register of Deeds as Document No. 99- 111434; as assigned by that certain
<br />Assignment of Deed of Trust executed by Wells Fargo Credit, Inc., formerly known as Nonvest Credit, Inc., as
<br />successor in interest to Nonvest Bank Nebraska, National Association, has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance With the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 3, Arnold and Abbott's Addition, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and its complement. Fractional Lot 6. in Fractional Block 14,
<br />Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
