<br />Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest
<br />in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ( "MERS "). The Assignment was
<br />recorded July 9, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No,

<br />On or about January 10, 2002, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems. Ina ( "MERS" T
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential
<br />Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded January 24, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2002 - 00964.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution
<br />of trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Ti ustors fur which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have filled to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were contractually due e -
